In this role, you can expect to:

• Collaborate on a cross-functional team including backend, frontend, and product to deliver excellent customer experiences

• Own the full lifecycle of feature development, from architecture and design to production deployment

• Maintain and extend our multi-platform production application with data quality and data improvement features

You should apply if you have:

• 5+ years of professional experience delivering and operating production backend systems

• 3+ years of experience with Python and service-oriented or microservice architectures

• Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

• Proven ability to make technical decisions in complex systems, balancing scalability, reliability, and maintainability

• Solid understanding of tools and processes that enable collaborative development (Git, code reviews, shared ownership)

• Practical experience and interest in using LLM coding assistants as part of your day-to-day workflow

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• (plus) Experience with Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Kratos, Keto, AWS, Kubernetes

• (plus) Experience with large-scale data systems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)

• (plus) Worked with and follow the latest trends in LLMs like Sonnet, GPT, Qwen

• (plus) Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
