In this role, you can expect to:
Collaborate on a cross-functional team including backend, frontend, and product to deliver excellent customer experiences
Own the full lifecycle of feature development, from architecture and design to production deployment
Maintain and extend our multi-platform production application with data quality and data improvement features

You should apply if you have:
5+ years of professional experience delivering and operating production backend systems
3+ years of experience with Python and service-oriented or microservice architectures
Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
Proven ability to make technical decisions in complex systems, balancing scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Solid understanding of tools and processes that enable collaborative development (Git, code reviews, shared ownership)
Practical experience and interest in using LLM coding assistants as part of your day-to-day workflow
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
(plus) Experience with Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Kratos, Keto, AWS, Kubernetes
(plus) Experience with large-scale data systems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
(plus) Worked with and follow the latest trends in LLMs like Sonnet, GPT, Qwen
(plus) Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Requirement: An EU
work permit.
